What to Watch For: The film has an impressive cast including Zoe Kravitz, Carrie Coon, and Dennis Quaid.
Word on the Street: The film is based on a short film by co-director Jonathan Baker.
My Take: James Franco always gives an interesting performance.

Operation Finale (2018) PG-13
A group of Israeli secret agents go after Adolph Eichmann (Ben Kingsley), the man responsible for murdering six million Jews,. Eichmann, under a different name, is hiding in South America among a group of Nazi supporters. Operation Finale Website
What to Watch For: The film is based on a true story, as Eichmann was captured by Israeli agents in 1960.
Word on the Street: Some of the film was shot in Argentina, the country that Eichmann was hiding out in.
My Take: I will see any film that Melanie Laurent, who plays an Israeli secret agent, is in.

The Little Stranger (2018) R

What to Watch For: The film is based on a novel of the same name by Sarah Waters.
Word on the Street: Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds was a producer on the film.
My Take: One of the greatest actresses of our time, Charlotte Rampling, plays Mrs. Ayres, the matriarch of the estate.

Searching (2018) PG-13
After his 16-year old daughter (Michelle La) goes missing, her father (John Cho) with the help of a detective (Debra Messing) practically search for clues on where she could have gone. Searching Website
What to Watch For: The entire film takes place on a computer screen.
Word on the Street: The film premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.
My Take: The film is at a 92 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

What to Watch For: The film got second place for Best Narrative Feature at the 2018 Nantucket Film Festival.
Word on the Street: It took three years to create the soundtrack for the film, including a number of original songs that Ethan Hawke’s character sings.
My Take: Director Jesse Peretz is known for directing some of my favorite TV series including GLOW and New Girl.

Word on the Street: Film critics have been loving this film with a score of 91 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
My Take: It will be interesting to see a film about a little known Hollywood secret.
