In case you were wondering, I don’t start any of my fitness goals until February. I call it February Fitness Kick-Off. Yep, an entire month after the New Year starts. SO, why do I stall the whole first month of 2018? Here are my two main reasons:

#1- I’m still grazing on all the amazing leftover British chocolate my mom stuffs my stocking to the rim with. If you have a British chocolate fetish like me, then you DEF understand this reason. 🙂

#2 – A few weeks into the New Year gives me time to plan out and buy chic active wear that’ll motivate me even on the rainiest of days.

These reasons help warm me up mentally so I can at least try to WIN at my 2018 fitness goals. If I’m being honest here, reason #2 is a huge factor in the making of my annual February Fitness Kick-Off a success. I mean…no fashionista will ever jump start a fitness plan without a cute sports bra or sexy gym leggings.
