You don’t want to head to the beach for Spring Break. You’re done with the whole “PCB” thing. Let’s just pig out instead. That sounds much better than a swig from that grimy keg.

Ray’s in the City is giving us a Chalk Wine Dinner on April 1st, to help us kick off our Alternative Spring Break. Their Executive Chef Ugo Okpareke will be dishing up a five course dinner for us to grub on that night. But, that’s not all. Paired with that five course dinner are some of Chalk Hill’s finest wines. Nope, this is not an April Fool’s joke.

The fun begins at 6:30pm with a beautiful reception, then dinner will begin at 7:00pm. The cost of this is $99/person (which is not bad at all for five courses and wine…think about it!).
