So, if drinking isn’t your thing during St. Patrick’s Day Weekend, I’m coming to pinch you. Just kidding, I don’t do any drinking either–I exercise! For those like-minded individuals out there, join me at the St. Patrick’s Parade 3.17 Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, March 14th. The race starts at 10:00am!

Normally at races and fun runs, you’ll have a little celebrations afterwards, correct? What if your celebration was a parade? Yep, as soon as the run/walk ends, a lively St. Patrick’s Day parade follows! The route will run from Midtown, Piedmont Park and all the way to Peachtree Street! Also afterwards, the top 25 runners will win an award! If you win overall, you’ll be able to ride on a float in a parade. I’ve done that once. I was dressed as a doctor. The first time I waved, my hand got caught in my stethoscope….sigh.
