The show would center around a character just introduced on this season’s Arrow, Ray Palmer played by Brandon Routh. The Palmer character just revealed his long awaited “The Atom” suit on the latest episode of “Arrow.”
The show is being described as a “superhero team-up show” bringing in characters already introduced into the DC TV universe. Joining Routh on the show would be Victor Garber and Wentworth Miller, reprising their “The Flash” roles as Dr. Martin Stein and Leonard Snart / Captain Cold. At this time, we don’t know the role that Caity Lotz would play on the show, but I imagine any role would be fine with her fans.READ MORE: Rolling Stones Gig Is Believed To Cost Chanel Haynes Her 'Tina' Musical Job
The show is being developed by the team that is responsible for Arrow, Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Marc Guggenheim. The show would debut next season, and the rumor is that The CW is so enamored with the idea that they will green light the show without have to go through the pilot process.
