Preventing FOMO* one list at a time (*Fear of Missing Out)
Let’s talk events. Your list to the best events going down in our great city! Now, when choosing these events I tried to keep three key groups in mind: people without kids, people with kids, and people with kids that just don’t care (you’re welcome).
-December 22nd-23rd 7-9pm
-Whistleville Christian Church
There will be an actual Camel and hot chocolate and s’mores. Please do not feed the animals!
-January 7th 5-10pm
-Atlanta Botanical Garden
This is the last chance to experience one of Atlanta’s best holiday activities.
-January 12th 11am-11pm
-The Battery Atlanta
This is the last day to get to skate where the Braves play!
-January 27th 12-5pm
-260 Peachtree St. NE
Hope you have a bib. This event will be hosting 15,000 pounds of lobster, shrimp, and oysters. There will also be entertainment and booze.
-February 3rd 12-4pm
Hosted by Atlanta Sport and Social. This event comes with a tasting glass (they are so cute), unlimited tastings, entertainment, and food (available for purchase). This is a true day party.
-February 10th 12-6pm
-STATS and Sweet Auburn Curb Market
This ticket will include everything you think about when you hear the words “Mardi Gras”, need I say more?
-March 3rd 12-4pm
-East Side Trail
Hosted by Atlanta Sport and Social. You will get 5 complimentary drink cards to use at multiple tasty venues. You can expect to lose track of time and end up spending the whole day out there.
-April 14th-15th 12-6pm
-Historic Old Fourth Ward Park
Cheese on cheese on cheese.
