Tailgating Tidbits 3 day Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients:
Flank steak
1 large can pineapple juice
1 bottle soy sauce
10-15 cloves garlic, sliced
1 pound large asparagus (ends trimmed)
Zest of one lemon
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Grill flank steak to desired temperature
Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce and garlic
Add your grilled flank steak (do not slice) to the marinade and refrigerate for 2-3 days.
When ready to serve, remove steak, slice thinly against the grain and grill 2 minutes to warm up. You can place back in the marinade as well o

Place asparagus in a bag and add 2 T olive oil, lemon zest and salt and pepper.
Grill 7-8 minutes, or until slightly charred and tender.
