“Jane the Virgin” Nominated for Three Critics’ Choice TV Awards

Hot off the two nominations and one win at the 2015 Golden Globes and a 2015 Peabody Award, “Jane the Virgin” has been nominated for three Critics’ Choice Television Awards.

The Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) announced that the show has been nominated for Best Comedy Series, Gina Rodriquez (Jane Villanueva) is nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy Series and Jaime Camil (Rogelio De La Vega) is nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. The Critic’s Choice Television Awards will be announced on Sunday, May 31st.

Called “easily the most charming new TV series of the fall” by Slate.com and “the keeper of the fall season” by Time magazine, “Jane the Virgin” is on Atlanta’s CW Monday nights at 9 pm.
