It literally takes me about two weeks for something to turn into habit for me. I tried running–lasted three days. I tried Insanity–lasted five minutes. However, there’s one thing that I’ve held on to for about four weeks now, and I am getting into the best shape of my life–kickboxing. No, I don’t have a heavy bag or a spare bully from school to kick and punch. Every day, I find myself at Team Octopus! I never thought I would join in a gym until I reached heaven, where muscles magically appear after your first workout. But Team Octopus is different. You’ll find a variety of classes that fit your needs! I NEVER knew I’d be able to do kickboxing, but hey, here I am. They offer the following classes:
– Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
– Jiu-jitsu Training for the Kiddies!
– Strength & Conditioning
-Self Defense Training for Women
And, they’ve just added CrossFit to the schedule too! You’ve got no excuse. You will get in shape with Team Octopus. They’re instructors are all trained, and the facility is magnificent. They even play EDM for me when I work out. DONE. DEAL. You’ve got nothing to lose, except calories at Team Octopus. This isn’t your ordinary gym. These aren’t your ordinary classes. You work hard, you’ll get results. I’m learning that the hard way…I have never sweat so much in my life. But, it’s awesome!
