Could it be? Could there finally be a place where I can wear my kilt with Scottish pride? Yes!
Join me on Saturday, October 20th and Sunday, October 21st at the 40th Annual Stone Mountain Highland Games and Tournament! Okay, just being honest, I do not own a kilt but I do love Scotland.
This is a very different event that will surely make an impression on you this fall. They’ve got everything from a Scottish Harp workshop to Sheepdog herding demonstrations. Please try to picture me with a harp. Beautiful sight, isn’t it? These games even have opening and closing ceremonies! Can you believe it?
There will be many exhibits, children events and some of the best food of the culture to keep you energized while you’re learning the new Scottish dance.
Maybe I should buy a kilt? This sounds like it’s going to be amazing!
