After a brief hiatus, the Best Tweets of the Week are back! In honor of last week’s series premiere of “Arrow” and “Beauty and the Beast,” CW stars shout out to the cast. Also in the Twitterverse, Candice Accola dresses up for a Marie Antoinette themed party, Trevor Donovan reads YA books (who would have thought?), the cast of “Nikita” goof around during a late night shoot and Justin Hartley plays news anchor.
