You can email her at beccaritchie3@gmail.com The Gossip Girl star has been publicly dating Ryan Reynolds for nearly a year, and their secret wedding in South Carolina is no longer so hush-hush. E! News and People first reported the celebrity scoop. The Green Lantern co-stars wed “Sunday night at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., just outside of Charleston,” a source from People confirms.
According to E! News, Florence Welch from Florence + the Machine — a friend of Lively’s — performed live for the reception, singing three songs before a DJ played some tunes.
Also in attendance were Lively’s mother and sister, and a source told People that “the two had dinner in Charleston with Bette Midler earlier in the weekend.”
Reynolds, 35, divorced Scarlett Johansson in 2008. Lively, 25, has been seen linked to Leonardo DiCaprio and her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley in the past. This will be Lively’s first marriage.
The sudden nuptials between Reynolds and Lively is a little shock, partly because they’ve kept their relationship from the public eye whenever possible. In Lively’s Marie Claire interview, in which she graced the cover of the mag, she kept her relationship with Reynolds on the down low.

[Lively] was decidedly less forthcoming about her Green Lantern costar turned boyfriend, Ryan Reynolds—although Reynolds’ dog, Baxter, made a cameo during our chat, suggesting perhaps that his dashing owner was upstairs waiting.
I, for one, can’t wait for some wedding pictures to surface. Lively has always been a fashionista and even claims that she styles herself — very unconventional when most celebrities hire a professional for the job. CBS News says that “Lively donned a Chanel gown, and Reynolds wore a Hugo Boss tuxedo.” Very classy. Congratulations to the newlyweds, and now let the honeymoon speculations begin!
