Becca Ritchie Becca Ritchie claims she's from Mystic Falls, but really, she lives in Atlanta where humidity is her greatest foe. She loves comic books, blue nail polish and Jonathan Taylor Thomas circa 1995. She frequents Twitter to dish about CW shows, and when she's not blogging, she reads too many YA and NA books. She's an Amazon Bestselling Author of the Addicted series, a New Adult Romance. Follow her on Twitter @Becca_Ritchie.

TVLine picked 25 fresh faces coming to fall television, and 5 CW stars made the cut! I’m a huge fan of making slightly undiscovered actors, well, discovered. Here are the CW stars that made TVLine’s Fresh Face list:

Todd Williams, The Vampire Diaries — Williams will play Connor, a new vampire hunter, and don’t expect him to empathize with the Mystic Falls baddies. He has a “soldier’s mentality,” who may or may not become an ally of our favorite characters.

Stephen Amell, Arrow — By now, Amell probably needs little introduction, so I’ll let TVLine tell you why you should watch: “Oh, we pretty much spelled that out in our Fall TV First Impression. But in a word, Arrow is intensefunawesome.”

Liane Balaban, Supernatural — She’ll play a love interest for Sam Winchester. Can a woman finally steal his heart? With Supernatural, anything is on the table, and Sam’s life has never really ended or started with a happily ever after.

Grace Phipps, The Vampire Dairies — You might remember Phipps from the short-lived series The Nine Lives of Chloe King. On TVD she’ll play an old friend of Elena and Jeremy’s who returns after an absence in boarding school. From TVLine, “she’s destined to be dealt a heaping serving of WTF? as she discovers what has become of quaint Mystic Falls.” Couldn’t have said it any better myself.

Jay Ryan, Beauty and the Beast — As the beast, Jay Ryan’s character Vincent, will be sadly misunderstood, but I expect he’ll fall for the “beauty” sooner rather than later. Who wouldn’t? Kristin Kreuk plays kick-butt Catherine Chandler who puts Disney’s Belle to shame.

Do you recognize these fresh faces? Excited to see them on the CW this fall? Sound off below!
