The November 2013 release date of Hunger Games: Catching Fire is a sad one. Purely because I’ll have to wait that long to see book 2 come to life. Did you look at the date and wonder where you’ll be in 2013? Did you gasp? Did your eyes bug in horror? Mine twitched a little — more teary-eyed than shocked.

Have no fear! While the actual film won’t hit theaters for quite some time, tons of info will be pouring in about the production. For those residing in the peach state, the news is even better. In less than 2 weeks, filming will begin in Atlanta. Josh Hutcherson confirmed the shooting location in an interview with Ryan Seacrest.

From RyanSeacrest.Com:

“I’ve been training for about the last month or so now and I head out in about two weeks to go down to Atlanta to start shooting. It’s not quite intense as the first round that I did last year, but it’s just basically getting in good shape. We’re pretty much wearing these body suits the entire time, so one would like be in good shape to wear a spandex neoprene body suit for an entire movie.”

Who’s excited for Catching Fire in Atlanta? Of course, I am. Anything with the word Hunger and Games has me in a fan frenzy. Though, not World Hunger. There are definite exceptions to this.
