Amell has proved to be quite the athlete. He’s currently training in Vancouver for the upcoming action-superhero-thriller-amazing-stunning-oh-so-cool series, Arrow. You don’t have to be a comic book junkie to love Arrow, you just have to like top-notch quality television. It’s that good.

If these are “God’s farts,” He needs to hold off on the bean dip. Georgia has been having on and off rainstorms for nearly a week. Best item to have in your purse: an umbrella. You must save your hair from the humid, Georgia rain.
